Fundraising Phantom Fundraiser The job of the PTA's Ways and Means Committee is to raise funds which are then used to pay for the many programs, events and grants which enrich our students' educational experiences and support our wonderful staff at Washington. Since 1997, Washington PTA has been able to fund the majority of its budget with donations made during its Phantom Fundraiser. This unique fundraiser does not require our children to sell products and 100% of the proceeds go directly to Washington's PTA. Click to download the donation card.
