Employer Programs
Does your employeer support our PTA?
Some companies support the schools by making matching donations whenever their employees give to the school.
Other employeers give the school money when their employees (or spouses of employees) volunteer their time at the school.
Please take the time to ask your Human Resources person if such a program exists at your place of business. If it does, please give us the details by using the form below.
Here are the programs of which we have been made aware:

- GlaxoSmithKline in Zebulon has a matching gifts program as well as a GIVE program for GSK's Investment in Volunteer Excellence, which will contribute $500 for an employee or spouse that contributes 50 hours or more to any organization in a calendar year.
- IBM has a volunteer hours program called "On Demand Community". Parents who volunteer at their schools can qualify for equipment grants or cash awards.
- Cisco has a similar program. Most of the major corporations in Wake County have Matching Gift programs. For example, Progress Energy, IBM, Cisco, Glaxo-Welcome, MCI.
