Field Day

On Washington Elementary's Field Day, students get to go outside for a big part of the day and they get to do special activities. For Field Day Washington usually has a basketball knockout, a running course, a sack race, and even a dunking booth! Washington does Field Day every year in May.

All grades are invited to go to this fun and energetic activity. Another good thing about Field day is you get to go around and do all of that stuff with a partner. Some of the games require you and your partner to go against each other like the sack race or as a team against another team like the three legged race. At Washington Field Day the students have a very good variety of games. Everyone has a game they enjoy. Washington Field Day is a great way for kids to exercise and to get outside.
